ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Boutique Mon Ami Online endeavours to fulfill all orders, however in the case an order cannot be fulfilled you will be notified within 48 hours.
When you place a Boutique Mon Ami Online order, you enter into a sales contract, if you wish to cancel you are liable for any shipping and handling charges incurred by Boutique Mon Ami Online. The completion of the contract between you and Boutique Mon Ami Online is finalised once we despatch the goods to you.

PAYMENT
Prices shown on the site are in AUD$ and are inclusive of GST.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honoured.
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay or Paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Boutique Mon Ami Online. You confirm that the account that is being used is yours. All account holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the account issuer.
If the issuer of your payment refuses to authorise payment to Boutique Mon Ami Online, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We use careful attention to make our site is as secure as possible. All transactions on this site are processed using Afterpay, Paypal or Shopify Payment Servers, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your account (card) details in a secure host environment.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure customer account information is never openly stored by Boutique Mon Ami Online directly.
Transaction data is stored with a truncated PAN-- an abbreviated version of the credit card number --so that merchants can still distinguish transactions, while account (card) details are never stored.

We have an In Store Pickup option.
You can elect to collect your purchases from our Glynde store, 121 Glynburn Road, Glynde SA 5070 in the delivery section of the checkout. In Store Pickup orders will generally be available the same or next business day.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail. You can check the status of your shipment by requesting a tracking number and visiting our shipping partner’s website and entering this information.
Delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the place of delivery requested by you. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us in accordance with our Returns Policy should there be a fault. Unless otherwise specified, responsibility and title in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that transfer of responsibility in the same way. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.
During sale times and peak periods delivery may take longer than the estimated time. We will endeavour to get your order to you ASAP but we ask that you be patient during these times.
