How Encore Works

Wardrobe cleanout! It's time to de-clutter, donate or recycle with Mon Ami Encore.

Find those garments, you may be able to return them for Encore Credits!

Your garments need to:

  • have been purchased at Mon Ami East or Online
  • purchased in the last 18 months at full price
  • be in excellent condition
  • have an original purchase price of $250 or more

Once you've received Encore Return approval return the items to us.

Post: pop them in an Express Post bag addressed to Boutique Mon Ami, 121 Glynburn Road, Glynde, 5070.

In Person: We've love to see you, stop by Mon Ami East for a chat and shop!

Once we've received your returns and checked them over, Encore Credit will be added to your Mon Ami customer account.

Encore Credit

Encore credits are based on the original retail purchase price of your garment.

Purchase Price Encore
$250 to $349 = $50 Credit
$350 to $449 = $75 Credit
$450 to $549 = $100 Credit
$550 or more = $125 Credit

Accepted Encore returns must be in excellent condition and meet our Encore standards.

Your garments may not be accepted for Encore or you may be offered a lower Encore credit value.

  • be in excellent condition,
  • be recently laundered; are odor and stain free,
  • have an original purchase price of $250 or more.
